The group achieved revenue of HKD 160 million, a decrease of 8% year-on-year; annual profit was HKD 12.157 million, an increase of 17.3% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.0141, and a final dividend of HKD 0.007 per share is proposed.

In the fiscal year 2025, the group will shift its business focus to equipment leasing and restructure its leasing equipment team to maximize the group's profitability
