# Two shareholders of CHENGTIAN WEIYE plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.98%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CHENGTIAN WEIYE (300689.SZ) stated that shareholders Mr. Xu Shiqiang and Ms. Feng Chengtian plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.4186 million shares (accounting for 2.98% of the company's total share capital, with the relevant calculation excluding the number of shares repurchased by the company) within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement (from July 18, 2025, to October 17, 2025, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited according to the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange)
