# Some supervisors and executives of BEAR APPLIANCE plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.08% of the shares

According to the announcement from the Smart Finance APP, Mr. Li Zhibin, the chairman of the supervisory board of BEAR APPLIANCE (002959.SZ), who holds 202,900 shares of the company (accounting for 0.13% of the total share capital excluding shares held in the repurchase special securities account), plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 50,720 shares (accounting for 0.03% of the total share capital excluding shares held in the repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.

Mr. Liu Kui, the deputy general manager who holds 318,400 shares of the company (accounting for 0.21% of the total share capital excluding shares held in the repurchase special securities account), plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 79,588 shares (accounting for 0.05% of the total share capital excluding shares held in the repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
