According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, MONTNETS TECHNOLOGY (002123.SZ) plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Bicheng Digital through the issuance of shares and cash payment, with a transaction price of 1.28 billion yuan. The total amount of supporting funds raised in this transaction will not exceed 830 million yuan.

Both the listed company and the target company belong to the information transmission, software, and information technology services industry. The listed company's existing main business is cloud communication services, while the target company's existing main business is e-commerce services. Through this transaction, the listed company will acquire all the equity of the target company, effectively expanding the breadth and depth of the services offered by the listed company and optimizing its business structure
