Kings announced that the mining rights of the Siwangqi Sumochagan Aobao fluorite mine held by its controlling subsidiary, Xiangzhen Mining, have been released from mortgage. This mining right was previously used as collateral to apply for a comprehensive credit line of 300 million yuan from the Hangzhou branch of Industrial Bank. Currently, the related debt has been repaid, and the mortgage release procedures have been completed. This release of asset mortgage will not adversely affect the company's production operations and business development
