According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GANSU EC (000552.SZ) announced that the company recently received the "Approval on GANSU EC Co., Ltd.'s Application for Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Zheng Jian Xu Ke \[2025\] No. 1330), approving the company's application to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 2 billion yuan to professional investors
