TIANXIN PHARMA announced that its shareholders Hou Ding Investment, Hou Sheng Investment, and Hou Tai Investment have voluntarily committed to extend the lock-up period for their shares held prior to the company's initial public offering by 6 months, until January 11, 2026. After the extension, the listing and circulation date for the restricted shares held by the aforementioned shareholders will be January 12, 2026
