# WING FUNG GROUP: Chen Jinglin appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the announcement from WING FUNG GROUP (08526), effective June 27, 2025: (1) Mr. Li Weiming has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee; (2) Mr. Chen Jinglin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee; (3) Executive director Ms. Li Shufen has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and (4) Executive director Mr. Zhong Zhiqiang has resigned as a member of the nomination committee
