# V&V TECH: Non-executive director Yan Jiwen appointed as a member of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, V&V TECH (08113) has announced that Mr. Chen Jiahao, the executive director, has resigned from the board nomination committee, and Ms. Yan Jiwen, the non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee to replace Mr. Chen Jiahao, effective from June 27, 2025
