# ZFGF: Plans to acquire the remaining equity of its controlling subsidiary for 15 million yuan

ZFGF announced that the company intends to use its own funds of 15 million yuan to acquire 30% equity of ZFGF Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held by Hangzhou Dazhaofeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. After the transaction is completed, the company's equity ratio in ZFGF Intelligent Equipment will increase from 70% to 100%, and ZFGF Intelligent Equipment will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization
