# OIWAHPAWN's subsidiary plans to provide a loan with a principal amount of HKD 20.92 million

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, OIWAHPAWN (01319) stated that on June 27, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary OIWAH Property (lender) entered into a loan agreement with two clients (borrowers). According to the loan agreement, OIWAH Property agreed to provide a 12-month loan to the two clients, with a principal amount of HKD 20.92 million
