# KOWLOON DEV: Wu Zhiwen will serve as a member of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from KOWLOON DEV (00034), effective July 1, 2025: Mr. Ke Weixiang, the chairman of the board and executive director, will resign as the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Xu Jiawen, the independent non-executive director, will be appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee from a member; and Ms. Wu Zhiwen, the non-executive director, will become a member of the nomination committee
