# Sz Zhenye A jointly won a residential land in Shenzhen for 1.994 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sz Zhenye (000006.SZ) announced that the company, in conjunction with Shenzhen Qianhai Tianjian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianhai Tianjian") and Shenzhen Jianchen Investment Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianchen Development"), participated in the public auction for land use rights organized by the Shenzhen Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and Shenzhen Trading Group Co., Ltd. The company successfully acquired the state-owned land use rights for the A509-0074 plot in Guangming District, Shenzhen, at a transaction price of 1.994 billion yuan.

The plot is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Zhoujia Avenue and Huaxia Road in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with a land area of 34,995.97 square meters, and the land use nature is classified as Class II residential land
