ZWSOFT announced that shareholder Mengze Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,892,225 shares, with a planned reduction ratio of no more than 1.12%. Shareholder Senxi Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,663,909 shares, with a planned reduction ratio of no more than 0.98%. Shareholder Shuoyu Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,787,392 shares, with a planned reduction ratio of no more than 1.05%. The reduction period is from July 21, 2025, to October 20, 2025. The method of reduction will be through centralized bidding or block trading
