# GTC's controlling shareholder, Guiyang Industrial Investment, has completed an increase in holdings, totaling an increase of 1.42% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guizhou Tire (000589.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guiyang Gongtou"), has completed its shareholding increase plan, having cumulatively increased its holdings by 22.1053 million shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 1.42% of the company's current total share capital, with an increase amount of 99.9936 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
