On the evening of June 27, JZT announced that the company's board of directors recently received resignation reports from Chairman Sun Guangyuan, Director Lv Ming, and Director Bo Jinfeng. Due to work changes, Sun Guangyuan resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors, Director, legal representative, and other positions concurrently held in the specialized committees under the board. Lv Ming and Bo Jinfeng resigned from their positions as Directors of the Ninth Board of Directors and other positions concurrently held in the specialized committees under the board. After their resignations, Sun Guangyuan, Lv Ming, and Bo Jinfeng will no longer hold any positions in the company or its controlling subsidiaries. As of the date of this announcement, Sun Guangyuan, Lv Ming, and Bo Jinfeng do not hold any shares in the company and there are no unfulfilled commitments. The resignations of Sun Guangyuan, Lv Ming, and Bo Jinfeng will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and their resignation reports will take effect from the date they are delivered to the board. Due to the resignations of Sun Guangyuan, Lv Ming, and Bo Jinfeng, the Ninth Board of Directors needs to elect three non-independent directors. The board has nominated Wang Lifeng, Wu Qiang, and Yu Zhongfei as candidates for non-independent directors of the Ninth Board of Directors, with their terms starting from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting and consistent with the remaining term of the Ninth Board of Directors
