# Bojay plans to grant 1.8 million restricted stocks at a grant price of 16.5 yuan/share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bojay (002975.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant 1.8 million shares of restricted stock to 185 incentive recipients. The grant price is set at 16.50 yuan per share. This incentive plan is valid from the date of completion of the restricted stock grant registration until all restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
