# EASTERN SHENGHONG: The duration of the second phase of the increase plan has been extended by 24 months

EASTERN SHENGHONG announced that the duration of the second phase of the shareholding increase plan by its controlling shareholder Shenghong Technology and some employees of its affiliated enterprises has been extended by 24 months, from 36 months to 60 months. The shareholding increase plan has completed the stock purchase, acquiring a total of 89.5365 million shares of the listed company through secondary market bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.44% of the total share capital, with a total investment of 1.38 billion yuan
