# ST SGT: Chairman Richard Yu resigns

\*ST SGT announced that the company's chairman, Richard Yu, has resigned from his positions as director, chairman, and general manager due to receiving a penalty decision and market ban. After resigning, Richard Yu will continue to hold other positions in the company. Mr. Yu's original term was set to expire on May 16, 2027. Mr. Yu directly holds 87.4205 million shares of the company, accounting for 32.52% of the company's total share capital; he also indirectly holds 11.5775 million shares of the company through Suzhou Hengjiu Rongsheng Technology Investment Co., Ltd., accounting for 4.30% of the company's total share capital; in total, he holds 36.82% of the company's total share capital
