# Urovo: Gejin No. 8's shareholding ratio has been reduced to below 5%

Urovo announced that the information disclosure obligor, Zhuhai Gejin No. 8 Equity Investment Fund Partnership, due to its own funding needs, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 384,400 shares through centralized bidding on June 25, 2025, accounting for 0.11929% of the company's current total share capital. After the reduction, Gejin No. 8 will hold 16,112,500 shares of the company, accounting for 4.99997% of the company's current total share capital, and will no longer be a shareholder holding more than 5%. Gejin No. 8 originally held 16,496,900 shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
