According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aidea Pharma (688488.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 11.375 million stock options, accounting for approximately 2.703% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 9.1 million options will be granted initially, with a total of 45 individuals as the initial grantees, and the exercise price is set at 13.01 yuan per option
