According to the announcement from MEDINET GROUP (08161), starting from June 27, 2025: Executive Director Ms. Jiang Jie has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; Executive Director Mr. Chen Zhiwei will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Jiang and Mr. Chen will maintain their other positions on the Board and related Board Committees
