# Deren: The transfer of shares from the judicial auction of the controlling shareholder has been completed

Deren announced that the 18.6 million shares of its controlling shareholder, Desheng Company, which were subject to judicial auction, have been successfully bid, of which 7.44 million shares have completed the transfer procedures, accounting for 18.44% of the total shares held by the company before the transfer and 1.23% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, Desheng Company and its concerted parties hold a total of 59.105 million shares of the company, with the shareholding ratio decreasing to 9.78%
