According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OBiO Tech (688238.SH) disclosed its 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft), proposing to grant a total of 3.7454 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 0.58% of the company's total equity on the announcement date of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 2.9964 million restricted shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 61 recipients for the first grant, and the grant price is set at 3.09 yuan/share
