# PROGRESSIVE P announced its annual performance, with attributable profit of approximately HKD 34.1 million, an increase of about 53.4% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PROGRESSIVE P (01581) announced its annual performance for the year ending March 31, 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 914 million, an increase of about 25.4% year-on-year. The profit attributable to the company's owners was approximately HKD 34.1 million, an increase of about 53.4% year-on-year. Earnings per share were approximately HKD 0.0822.

The announcement stated that the profit growth was mainly due to an income tax credit of approximately HKD 4.6 million obtained during the year, while an income tax expense of approximately HKD 1.7 million was incurred for the year ending March 31, 2024. This was primarily due to the group utilizing previously unrecognized tax losses; and the increase in gross profit for the year, which was mainly driven by a revenue growth of about 25%, primarily due to new contracts and changes to existing projects undertaken by the group during the year, as well as the awarding of new contracts
