According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KingShine (300903.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Mr. Zhang Xinhua plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.7306 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement of the reduction plan, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
