# HAIMO: He Xiaodeng plans to reduce holdings of no more than 0.0265% of the company's shares

HAIMO announced that the company's Vice President He Xiaodeng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 135,000 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, accounting for 0.0265% of the company's total share capital. He Xiaodeng currently holds 550,800 shares of the company, accounting for 0.1079% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal financial needs, and the shares to be reduced come from those held before the company's initial public offering, shares obtained through capital reserve conversion after the initial public offering, and shares from the equity incentive that have had restrictions lifted. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
