# Optics Tech terminates the issuance of new shares and cash acquisition of 100% equity in XianDao Electric

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Optics Tech (300489.SZ) stated that the company previously planned to acquire 100% of the shares of Aito Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aito Electronics") held by all 55 shareholders of Guangdong Xiandao Rare Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiandao Rare Materials") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. At the same time, it intended to issue stocks to no more than 35 specific investors to raise matching funds. Given that this restructuring matter has taken a considerable amount of time since its planning, and the external environment has changed since the initial planning of this restructuring, the company has decided to terminate this restructuring matter due to the failure to reach consensus on certain commercial terms with some of the transaction parties involved
