# HAITIAN ANTENNA: Wang Qian appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from Haitian Antenna (08227), Professor Shi Ping and Mr. Tu Jijun (both independent non-executive directors of the company) will not participate in the re-election as directors at the annual general meeting due to other work commitments and after considering the contributions required to fulfill their duties to the company.

Ms. Wang Qian has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective from June 28, 2025.

Mr. Zhang Yi has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from June 28, 2025
