# CIGU TECHNOLOGY shareholder Baolifeng plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CIGU TECHNOLOGY (688448.SH) announced that its shareholder Baolifeng plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.1496 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, due to its own funding arrangements. Among them, it plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 716,500 shares through centralized bidding, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; and plans to reduce no more than 1.433 million shares through block trading, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
