# GMDI: Application documents for issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds have been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GMDI (003013.SZ) announced that the company intends to purchase 100% equity of Guangzhou Metro Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. held by Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds (referred to as "this transaction"). The company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (referred to as "SZSE") on June 27, 2025, regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds by Guangzhou Metro Design Institute Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review \[2025\] No. 112). The SZSE verified the application documents for this transaction according to relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
