According to incomplete statistics, as of the time of publication, 21 A-share listed companies, including DORIGHT, Shijia Photon, Qin'an Co., Ltd., Zhaofeng Co., Ltd., Keda Control, Zijian Electronics, Mengwang Technology, Longyang Electronics, \*ST Fanli, Huiyun Titanium Industry, Haishun New Materials, Zhejiang Rongtai, Jialian Technology, Ningbo Energy, Jianlong Micro-Nano, Hongda Electronics, Yachuang Electronics, Tianyi Ma, Hongmian Co., Ltd., Guotou Zhonglu, and Huasheng Co., Ltd., have disclosed the latest announcements on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring progress this week. Among them, DORIGHT announced plans to acquire control of Haowhale Technology and simultaneously raise supporting funds, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. The stock will be suspended from trading starting from June 30, 2025
