The internal and external operating environment has not undergone significant changes. Upon inquiry, it was found that the company's controlling shareholder, the Equipment Group, and its concerted party, Southern Industrial Asset Management Co., Ltd., did not buy or sell the company's stock during the period of abnormal stock trading fluctuations
