# NavInfo's subsidiary, Siwei Zhilian, has submitted an application for H-share issuance and listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NavInfo (002405.SZ) announced that its affiliated company, Siwei Zhilian (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Siwei Zhilian"), submitted an application for the initial public offering of overseas listed shares (H shares) and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 27, 2025, and published the application materials for this issuance on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.

The announcement shows that Siwei Zhilian's main business includes intelligent cockpit software solutions, integrated software and hardware solutions for intelligent cockpits, and other accessories. As of the date of this announcement, the company holds 45.32% of the voting rights of Siwei Zhilian
