# KDL plans to increase capital by a total of 400 million yuan to two subsidiaries

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDL (002850.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds totaling RMB 400 million to increase capital for its wholly-owned subsidiaries Sichuan KDL Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sichuan KDL") and Fujian KDL Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fujian KDL"). The capital increase will be conducted by increasing the registered capital, with each capital increase amounting to RMB 200 million. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Sichuan KDL will increase from RMB 500 million to RMB 700 million, and the registered capital of Fujian KDL will increase from RMB 200 million to RMB 400 million, remaining wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company
