According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DYNAMIC HOLD (00029) announced that the company's executive director, Ms. Qiu Xiumin, has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from June 30, 2025.

Ms. Chen Yixian has been appointed as the alternate director for the company's chairman and executive director, Dr. Chen Yongzai, and Ms. Qiu Xiumin, effective from June 30, 2025
