# NET-A-GO TECH has completed the sale of all issued share capital of Kind Access Development Holding Limited

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research (01483), the board of directors is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent contained in the sale agreement have been met and completed, effective June 30, 2025.

Upon completion, the sold company will no longer be a subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of the sold company will no longer be consolidated into the company's consolidated financial statements
