# JINJIANG HOTELS submitted an application for the issuance and listing of H shares to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and published the application materials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINJIANG HOTELS (600754.SH) announced that on June 29, 2025, the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (referred to as "this issuance and listing"). On the same day, the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. The application materials were prepared and published by the company in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (referred to as "Hong Kong SFC") and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and are in draft form.
