# HJINV's actual controller is expected to change to Wang Yunzhang, and trading will resume on July 1

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HJINV (000633.SZ) announced that on June 30, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder Guanghui Energy signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiuzhou Hengchang, in which Jiuzhou Hengchang intends to acquire 20.74% of the company's shares held by Guanghui Energy, all of which are unrestricted tradable shares. If this transaction proceeds smoothly and is completed, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Guanghui Energy to Jiuzhou Hengchang, and the actual controller will change from Mr. Sun Guangxin to Mr. Wang Yunzhang.

Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will resume trading starting from July 1, 2025 (Tuesday)
