# MAINLAND HOLD appoints Wu Jundong as Chief Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MAINLAND HOLD (01100) announced that Mr. Yan Xiqiang has resigned as a member of the company's nomination committee but will continue to serve as an executive director and chairman of the board. Ms. Yan Baoling, currently an executive director and member of the compensation committee, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective from June 30, 2025.

In addition, the board has designated Mr. Wu Jundong as the chief independent non-executive director
