According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, New Hope Service (03658) announced that the following changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee have been approved by the Board of Directors and will take effect on June 30, 2025: 1. The company's executive director Chen Jing has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; 2. The company's chairman of the board, non-executive director, and chairman of the Nomination Committee Jiang Mengjun will no longer serve as chairman of the Nomination Committee; and 3. The company's independent non-executive director and member of the Nomination Committee Li Zhengguo has been appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee
