# Nonfemet acquires minority shareholder equity of its controlling subsidiary, which will penetrate its holding of 86.7044% equity in Nonfemet Copper

According to the announcement from Nonfemet (000060.SZ), in order to fulfill the company's bankruptcy reorganization plan and related agreements with Dongying Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and 19 other companies, and to further improve the management decision-making efficiency of Zhongjin Copper and Zhongjin Rongsheng, the company's ninth board of directors approved the proposal regarding the company's cash acquisition of minority equity in Zhongjin Rongsheng and Zhongjin Copper at its thirty-ninth meeting. As of now, the company has acquired 30.8409% equity in Zhongjin Copper held by minority shareholders and 26.6667% equity in Zhongjin Rongsheng held by minority shareholders in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 86.7044% equity in Zhongjin Copper
