# Silan shareholder Luo Huabing plans to reduce holdings by no more than 500,000 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Silan (600460.SH) has released a notice stating that one of its shareholders, actual controller, concerted actor of the controlling shareholder, and director Luo Huabing plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 500,000 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, provided that it complies with legal and regulatory requirements. The number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 0.03005% of the company's total share capital, and the reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
