Transimage TECH.: Getong Venture Capital reduced its holdings by 0.31% of the company's shares
Transimage TECH. announced that the share reduction plan of its controlling shareholder Zou Weimin and his concerted actor Getong Venture has been completed. Getong Venture reduced its holdings by 899,700 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Getong Venture no longer holds any shares in the company. The combined shareholding ratio of Zou Weimin and his concerted actor Chen Min decreased from 52.61% to 49.92%. This reduction complies with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents and will not lead to a change in the company's control
