According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZMD (688636.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure, raising a total amount not exceeding 213.4 million yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds will be used entirely for: research and development and industrialization construction projects of unmanned equipment and commercial aerospace embedded computers, and to supplement working capital
