# JSTI plans to invest 135 million yuan to establish an airspace fund focusing on the low-altitude economy industry chain, among others

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (300284.SZ) announced that in response to the national strategy of "accelerating the development of new quality productivity" and to implement the requirements of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for promoting the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy and intelligent connected vehicle industry, Nanjing Transportation Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. plans to initiate the establishment of the "Nanjing Air-Ground Intelligent Phase I Industrial Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (referred to as the "Air-Ground Fund"). The Air-Ground Fund has a scale of 900 million yuan, focusing on the low-altitude economy industrial chain, intelligent connected vehicle industrial chain, new energy industrial chain, new infrastructure, smart logistics, aerospace, semiconductors, new materials, and other directions.

As a comprehensive solution provider in the domestic infrastructure field, the company has significant advantages in low-altitude economy policy research, infrastructure planning and design, intelligent connected vehicle testing ground construction, and vehicle-road collaboration technology research and development. The industrial direction is highly aligned with the investment focus of the Air-Ground Fund, and it plans to act as a limited partner to contribute 135 million yuan of its own funds, accounting for 15.00% of the total subscribed capital
