According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HMJT (002356.SZ) announced that its major shareholder Beijing Yuan Cheng Program Asset Management Co., Ltd. - Yuan Cheng Program Fu Yuan Private Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Yuan Cheng Fund") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 39.3376 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
