# Bank of Suzhou: Suzhou Municipal Finance Bureau becomes the actual controller

Bank of Suzhou announced that Guofa Group and its concerted actors Dongwu Securities increased their combined shareholding from 14% to 15%, reaching a multiple of 5%. Before this equity change, Bank of Suzhou had no controlling shareholder or actual controller. After the change, Guofa Group became the controlling shareholder, and the Suzhou Municipal Finance Bureau became the actual controller. In the same announcement, Guofa Group and its concerted actors plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares by no less than 400 million yuan through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system within 6 months starting from July 1, 2025
