# GPTY plans a major asset restructuring and will be suspended from trading starting July 1

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GPTY (000545.SZ) announced that the company is planning a major asset swap, issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets, as well as raising supporting funds and related party transactions. According to the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies" and other relevant regulations, this transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring and related party transactions, but does not constitute a restructuring listing.

Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from July 1, 2025. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days
