According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YIBIN TECH (001278.SZ) announced that the company's director and executive Ms. Chu Guofen, Mr. Xiong Junfeng, supervisor Mr. Qiao Zhigang, and executive Mr. Liu Zhenzhong plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 159,500 shares, accounting for approximately 0.13% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the announcement date (from July 23, 2025, to October 22, 2025)
